I've come to the conclusion

Working nights is no good for you, i've been doing it for 18 years and its taken me a long time to realise this, I woke up today at 3am and will probably be tired later today as a result, but won't be able to relax because I've got a busy schedule to keep,

10 am today got more leaflets for the scouts and post code, survey to collect and will be out delivering later today, this evening Amanda was coming down straight from University, she's studying for her second degree, three days a week Monday to Wednesday, I've got a meeting to attend later this evening, but Amanda will be attending, as it will only take about 45 minutes and then we will be socialising with some friends in the bar after,

Not got a lot planned for Thursday day yet i've only got to write my weekly column of Hendy news for the Llanelli Star, i might then pop up to White Springs, or if the weather is good I might do a bit of gardening, undecided at the moment? but i am going to the community monthly PACT Police meeting in the Pontarddulais Rugby Club in the evening, might do a bit more socialising after, will have to see who's there?

Friday Amanda and her boy will be down for the weekend, they normally visit most weekends after visiting her Dad who lives closer to me than he does to Amanda  

Told Amanda about my little windfall (see yesterdays blog entry), I've checked out some Hotels in Ipswich and if she fancies any we are going to have two nights away in October or November.

Having 18 years service in work, I'm entilted to six weeks holidays and i've only taken two weeks to date, so i've booked some time off in October and November and January, told her i would use the windfall to pay a deposit for the hotel,

she said she would find out by friday if she can get some time off work, (she also works as well as studying in uni), to match with the dates i've booked with my work. 

Last year Feb 2006 we went to Paris but we've not been anywhere this year and i'm ready for a short break away, we've not been anywhere because Amanda wanted to spend her money on a new Kitchen and Bathroom and my passport had expired but i've renewed it earlier this month, 

Amandas finished her bathroom and then her kitchen about a month ago, anyway i've got to go I promised to ring Amanda to get her up for university, it takes her over an hour to get there in the mornings and she always likes to leave the house by 8.30am every morning for 10am lecturers
