got a busy day today

I've got such a lot to do, and so many things to attend that I won't end up achieving half of them

I started the web page for whitesprings fisheries november 2005 and I was updating it almost weekly but lately i've been slipping, to almost 6 or 8 weeks,

This was highlighted to me by my dad, by a guest who had complained, it was out of date, but whilst I am guilty, it doesn't help if my dad doesn't keep the photos. He takes a digital photo prints it out, to put on his notice board in the shop, or to send to the local evening post, for their Thursday's fishing page and then deletes them

On Thursday night as I was leaving for the cinema he was on the phone moaning he wanted a photo, which he reckoned I had taken when i was last up there from the shop, and truthfully I hadn't even seen the photo or knew of it existance,

I told him I had similar ones but only on my pc hard drive, I had no paper versions of any photos, he had printed, and whilst he was critising and being argumenative that I had borrowed this photo, there was a comment that my web was showing old photo's

The problem is if he doesn't give me stuff, I can't update, as I only go up the fishery about twice a week, as i'm always busy, holding down a full time job and doing community work, I was all day yesterday in Chepstow, with work a two hour drive each way, see last nights entry on this blog.

Today i've got three meetings all on the trot, one at 2pm one at 4pm and then one at 6.30pm

Starting with the local police community P.A.C.T meeting and ending up with our monthly community council meeting, i've also left my lawn develop into a hay harvest, which i've promised, i'm going to mow next after 9am and breakfast, and then i've got paperwork to sort out for a meeting that i'm the secretary of an organisation, had a phone call monday night was the meeting on next week and what does the agenda look like, so i've got to print out the last minutes and distribute the agenda to everyone that attends, its a hard life

I couldn't sleep again, late last night and this morning was surfing the web at 5am, but I found a blog by pure accident with some up to date photos of fish the author had caught in july and august 2007 with some google Earth photos.

I was aware of the google Earth had been arguing with my dad about the date of the photo's on the site earlier last month, anyway i'm rambling now, so check out the blog here and the july's entries are here

I've got to go going to have breakfast and make some hay, well my lawn does need cutting badly and as I said i've got loads to do and very little time to do it

oh and if you are on face book and we have met or you now me, add me as a friend? i've also started a group on face book where members of the group can add their own photos of fish caught up white springs its called

"I've fished at Whitesprings"

all the best for now
