Further to my previous entry earlier this month, i've now noticed they put a new post in as well as replacing the damaged light at the Pontabraham junction, even thought the officer stated he thought the post was safe
I reply on behalf of Mr. Roger WILLIAMS the SWTRA area engineer.
Sir
I reported this damaged pole to traffic
The next stage was to establish a works order and a schedule for repair. I an sure that you are aware, this area is a particularly difficult location for traffic management, and we have asked for a management plan from one of our service providers. It is anticipated that a lane closure will be required on the roundabout and into the lane 1 of the M4. We expect repairs to be concluded within the next 28 days.
Regards,
Mike Allen
